I have also been working on 2d assets for a friend's animation this semester called "Beach Body" Here is the 2d scent "smoke" I did for his 3d animation. This took a lot of effort to figure out but we settled on giving me an enormous sized playblast that encompassed the total area the camera would travel with some buffer space. The camera is represented by the little shaded box, in this way I could animate simply from point A to B and do the translation myself without having to keep up with the camera. This took more time than I expected to get it looking right but I am happy with it.

I also was asked to make a caricature of Steve Buscemi for the animation to be used as a texture on a lotion label. This was lots of fun and great practice in photoshop painting.
New blocking segments for shots 3 and 4 of scene two, where the two characters meet.
I really like these two blocked segments because of all the movements, but they may be trimmed or altered for clarity. I also have the blocking for the title sequence and 2/11 blocking here as well.

Here is the blocking for the scene when the two characters first meet, a lot of changes still need to be made but the timing and overall poses are looking pretty good. I wanted to have this fullbody establishing shot in there despite how tough this little snippet of animation might be because most of the other shots in this scene are close ups.

Here is the rough blocking for the title sequence/first shot of the animation. Its tough because we decided to add the little crab character to further establish the girl's mean but incompetent actions but it is so easy to want to add stuff and more stuff. There was a longer sequence sketched up but it was too much.
